Even more news buzzing out of Germany’s IFA tech summit as Samsung finally reveals the long-awaited Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The successor to the Note 2 and a worthy one at that. With a renewed emphasis on how it feels in the user’s hand, it will hopefully silence critics on the previous plastic backing. The Galaxy Note 3 comes with a 5.7 inch AMOLED screen (versus the 5.5 inches on the Note 2). Fully equipped with a 2.4GHz Snapdragon processor 800 or 1.9GHx Exynos Octa CPU and 3 Gigabytes of RAM. It will weigh around 168 grams and will come in three distinct colors. Phenomenal battery life at 3,200 mAh to keep it running for days without a charge. The rear camera packs 13 megapixels for crisp, clear quality and optical image stabilization. It will ship in 32GB and 64GB versions globally beginning on September 25th, and October for the US and Japan. The phone will be putting an emphasis on multitasking being able to run multiple apps at the same time and on the same screen. Wireless providers have not yet listed prices for the device.
