Samsung brings new toys to the market and this time around they are looking to grab as much diversity as possible. With devices like the ATIV Q and the ATIV Tab 3, Samsung is looking to shake up the game and bring something different to the table, and man, does it sound impressive.

Made to be a tablet, Samsung created a convertible device which has the ability to change modes and the power to enjoy both Windows and Android (this is serious).  It allows users more freedom to be able to use the tablet how it suits them best.  Getting the best of both Android and Windows, the game is flipped on its back.  The ability to enjoy Android apps on Windows is truly amazing and having access to both Windows 8 and Android Jelly Bean (4.2.2) on the same device is unheard of.  The OS is not the only great aspect of this tablet, it comes with the world’s “highest resolution” screen which is a QHD+ (3200×1800) display.  The 13.3 inch tablet will have 275ppi which is 2.8 times higher than full HD displays for viewing the finest of details.  This is sure to be a hit for those tablet lovers.

ATIV Tab 3
Also a tablet, this one has the power of a PC.  The ATIV Tab 3 makes computing more mobile than ever.  With ultimate mobility the Tab 3 has the perfect thickness (8.2mm) and weight (550g) for the device companion of your needs.  Traveling and transporting never was easier.  The display has a resolution of 1366×768 at 10.1 inches.  This is primarily targeted to those mobile PC users.

These two devices will feature something Samsung calls SideSync.  This enables users to switch from working on their PC to an Android-based Samsung smartphone with no problem.  This combines your mobile device and PC into a single unit.  You can respond to a text on your mobile phone through your PC, view maps on a larger screen, display photos and videos on both devices to making editing files even easier.  Seeing this in person shows how much Samsung is really putting thought into maximum productivity.  Its amazing to see how useful this feature can actually be.  If you’d like more information on the full ATIV PC family, please visit the Samsung website or stay tuned to RTV.
