The Moto G was probably one, if not, THE best budget Android phone on the market – and it just got better. Motorola has just unveiled its new Moto G (2014) Edition with some new cosmetic changes. Now sporting a 5-inch 720p HD display, the Moto G has gotten larger but still feels like a well built device.

The Moto G will feature Android 4.4.4 KitKat, 8-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front facing camera, 2070 mAh battery, new removable back plates and SD card slot. Internals are pretty much decent here and will get the job done for most users of a smart phone – 1GB of RAM and a 1.2GHz processor.

The Moto G is still a snappy smart phone and will be coming in at just $175 off contract, yes that’s right – a full Android experience on a solid device for less than $200.

Motorola also displays a slew of new back plate colors which allows users to really personalize the Moto G to their own style.
