When you have a ton of diversity for players and teams like you do in FIFA 14, it’s only right if that diversity was also spread across the games soundtrack. With everything from rock, rap, house, and even J-Pop; FIFA 14 mixes it up to give you some of the best music from around the world. EA Sports has revealed the in-game soundtrack for FIFA 14 that will look to keep your speakers up even when you’re not on the pitch.
“Every FIFA soundtrack represents our passion to bring fans together via new music, newgenres and new artists,” said Steve Schnur, Worldwide Executive of Music and Marketing at EA. “With FIFA 14, we’re excited that rock fans in Spain will discover South London rapper Amplify Dot and UK blues/folk singer Jamie N Commons. American fans of Nine Inch Nails or Grouplove will meet the Swedish electro-pop band The Royal Concept. Australian EDM fans of Empire Of The Sun will be introduced to Brazilian hip-hop via Marcelo D2 and Karol Conka. We’re not only defining the sound of the coming season, we’re creating a whole new world of musical discovery.”
The in-game soundtrack for FIFA 14 will include such artists as OK KID, Disclosure, Nine Inch Nails, Dan Croll, Wretch 32, and even an exclusive track from Japan J-Pop kingpin Chinza Dopeness’. There is a little bit of everything in the game and if you have no idea who any or half of these artists are, no worries. FIFA has always brought in stellar music that fans of the series will enjoy.
