Devil May Cry 4 isn’t just a digital download remake of the original for next gen consoles. Capcom has revamped the entire game to give players a whole new gaming experience. The original 2008 game is getting a very well done 1080p HD touch up and keeping it’s silky smooth 60fps rate, with addition to new character skins to spruce up gameplay.

In addition of characters, the ladies take charge in DMC4 SE, with Trish becoming a playable character for Dante’s missions in the full game and the Demon Hunter Lady taking on Nero’s. Dante’s brother Virgin also makes his way as a playable character with all new improved moves and appearance since his last in Devil May Cry 3: Dante’s Awakening Special Edition. This by far makes Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition the largest playable character cast to date.

In the early PC release of DMC4, players experienced the Legendary Dark Knight Mode; which now makes its way to consoles. This horde type gameplay puts you and stylish combos against waves of enemies in the ultimate test.

Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition will digitally release this Summer.
