AT&T today announced that it will be begin taking pre-orders for the new ASUS PadFone X on June 6th. Customers will be able to pre-order online or in stores starting at $22.92 per month with AT&T Next, $29.80 per month with AT&T Next 12 or $199 with a two-year agreement.

The ASUS PadFone X is a unique device itself as it combines the smartphone and tablet to provide a hybrid experience. Being able to insert your mobile phone into your tablet and convert the tablet into a work station while sharing the 4G AT&T network.
