Earlier today, Alcatel OneTouch announced it has expanded their brand partnership in Major League Soccer by adding their third team to the campaign, New York City Football Club. Alcatel OneTouch has become the Official Smartphone Partner of NYCFC and will continue their push on the league starting next year when the 2016 season begins. This is a huge deal for both sides as Alcatel has been creeping deeper into the US market, especially after its announcement of LA Galaxy and Toronto FC joining their partnership, but the Idol3 received great reviews. NYCFC is coming off their Inaugural Season in MLS and the growth of the club throughout the year is what caught Alcatel’s attention to begin this partnership. NEW YORK –ALCATEL ONETOUCH, a top five mobile phone manufacturer in North America*, today announced a new multi-year partnership with the New York City Football Club (NYCFC) – the newest professional soccer team in New York City and the first Major League Soccer Club to play within the five boroughs.
